ASACLEAN™ is the worldwide leader in commercial purging compounds. Since its launch in 1990, ASACLEAN™ Purging Compounds are now used and trusted by plastics manufactures in over 75 countries. Originally ASACLEAN™ was used to facilitate fast, effective color and material changes of molding machine. But now, after our new research and development, ASACLEAN™ is also used for effective removal of carbon/color contamination (black spot) to decrease and prevent defect.　

What is ASACLEAN™?

High Cleaning Power : Thoroughly removes various resins& contamination - ASACLEAN™ Purging Compounds are engineered using the technology & polymer expertise of Asahi Kasei Corporation. ASACLEAN™ has excellent compatibility with most processing resins, therefor ASACLEAN™ can quickly eliminate carbon and other contamination whether you’re dealing with issues at start-up or during production run. In addition, our proprietary advanced formulation thoroughly clean the screw and barrel.
Low Residue Formulation : Are easily displaced - ASACLEAN™’s Industry-leading R&D department achieves solutions for low-residue. ASACLEAN™ Purging Compounds have a low adhesive to metal. This means that in addition to superior cleaning power, ASACLEAN™　Purging Compounds are also easily displaced by your next processing resin. This is particularly important when processing transparent resins.
Easy-to-use : Can be handled in the same way as molded material - ASACLEAN™　Purging Compounds are palletized just like your processing resins. ASACLEAN™　products are safe , non-reactive and non-corrosive. We offer general purging compounds that are compatible with a wide range of processing resins. We also offer specialized grades designed for your application, process and processing temperatures.
